Mag. Felix Elstner – Attorney-at-law and Criminal Defence Lawyer

I advise and represent private individuals and companies in situations in which swift decisions, clean file work and a clear line are required. Through my work in renowned law firms and in the judiciary, I am very familiar with court procedures and procedural requirements.

I work with a focus on criminal defence and victim representation, in civil litigation and commercial-law disputes, in asylum and immigration law, in media law and media criminal law, in administrative penal law, in official liability law, as well as in family law, and place value on structured communication and advice with a sense of proportion. I am predominantly active in Vienna and Lower Austria; in selected cases I also represent throughout Austria.
